Federica Mulachiè
Federica Mulache Rocket Certification with Beatriz in Milano 2026
I’m Federica, an Italian yoga teacher based in Genoa.
Before yoga, I trained for many years in artistic gymnastics and judo at a competitive level. Yoga came into my life later, in Milan, and what started as curiosity quickly became something deeper. I initially fell in love with Ashtanga, drawn to its structure and discipline.
I then spent several years living in Barcelona, where I completed my 200h RYT in Spanish in 2021 with Jordi Canela, founder of YogaOne. During that time, I explored different styles and teachers, practicing Rocket and Jivamukti, which expanded my vision of yoga into something more free, creative and expressive.
I started teaching in Barcelona in Spanish and I am now teaching in Italian in Genoa where YogaOne has opened its first studio in Italy.
Rocket yoga resonates deeply with me because it blends structure and freedom — a solid foundation with space for creativity. It reflects who I am: grounded, yet with a strong need to explore, move and evolve. This is why I chose to deepen my path through the Rocket teacher training starting with a 50h TT in Milan with Beatrice Mezzanotte and joining the Rocket community.
Yoga, for me, has never been just a physical practice.
It has been a parachute in difficult moments, a safe space where I can let go and return to my breath. On the mat, I learned to slow down, to listen, and to stop being so hard on myself. To give myself time. To accept what I cannot control. To stay.
I teach with humility, as a voice that accompanies rather than leads.
My intention is not to show but to help each person reconnect with something they already have within. I believe yoga is something we create together but its true value belongs to each individual.
In my classes, I aim to offer not only asana but also simple and honest reflections accessible, real and grounded because I believe simplicity is the most authentic way to approach yoga, especially today in Italy.
