Hello everyone !

My name is Valerie, or usually, Val. I did my first ytt in 2021 and my first rocket teacher training in Miami 2025. A large part of the reason I fell in love with yoga was because after growing up a dancer, it was so meaningful to find another practice that allows me to express myself through movement. I fell in love with the Rocket practice because of the balance I find here between discipline and freedom. The dichotomy between focus and play.

My goal in teaching is to help others find their own balance.  Whether someone is looking for a challenge or to simply move with breath and focused intention.  I aim to inspire and help others maintain or improve their physical and emotional health through movement.

The rocket community is such an incredible group that I am so lucky to have found and become a part of. All are welcome to share in the beauty of this practice! I can be found in the Philadelphia suburbs and online at @valinverted or @valforster.
