Tina Gutierrez Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Berlin 2026

My name is Tina.

I am a soul in a human body, a woman, and Yoga Teacher with over 400 hours of training. My first training of 200h was in Venezuela with Yoga Fundamentals School under the guidance of David Hernández and Nilza Castillo. I later completed my second 200h training in Barcelona with Sadhana Yoga School under the guidance of Alexandra Knafo and Xochitl Correa.

I have also completed two Yin Yoga 60h trainings with my teacher Bárbara Maggiora, whose teachings deeply shaped my understanding of stillness, introspection, and subtle awareness.

Most recently, I completed my first Rocket Yoga Teacher Training (60h) in Berlin with Ambra Ballo. This experience marked a profound turning point in my path, reconnecting me with true resilience, discipline, and inner strength. After seven years without practicing Rocket, its return into my life felt anything but a coincidence. It arrived exactly when I needed it.

What I experienced during this training goes beyond words. For me it is really something that transcends time, mind, and body, something that continues to live within me as a source of strength and devotion. These memories have become a kind of inner nectar: one of determination, self-refinement, and freedom. A fire was reignited, one that now lives in me as a steady, unwavering force thanks to Ambra and her devoted work under the lineage of Larry Schultz.

Since then, I feel a deep commitment to cultivate this practice daily. Rocket, for me, is a pathway to embody discipline, courage, and the ability to stand strong through any challenge. It is a reminder that we are capable of far more than we believe, just like Larry always reminds us.

Since initiating my yoga journey in 2016, I have had the privilege and honor of learning from teachers such as Andrei Ram, Yoshio Hama, Ambra Vallo, María Ángel Romero, Dharma Mittra and Juan Carlos Linares. Through them, my practice has expanded across many dimensions and textures, and for that I am forever grateful and honoured for all the richness they have shared.

My personal life experiences, together with yoga, have been the ground for my growth and expansion. They have allowed me to embody and sustain a deeper awareness of who we are, and what that truly means. Each class I share becomes a space for inner study, inner exploration, to be in touch again with our truth, to remember ourselves… a journey into vulnerability and self realization of what we truly are: consciousness.

Beyond being a yoga teacher, I dedicate myself to creating and holding spaces for rich, deep dynamic practices while honoring the essence of this ancestral philosophy. My intention is to guide classes that highlight both the subtle and the profound, focusing on a liberation that goes far beyond the physical practice of asana.

With experience in Hatha Raja, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Iyengar, Rocket, Yin Yoga and Prana Nidra, my mission is to be of service through a conscious, diverse, respectful, and integrated practice that supports ultimately the well-being.

My classes are open and accessible to all. I teach a wide range of students: from older practitioners to those beginning their journey, to those seeking challenge, growth, and transformation. I always offer variations that honor every body, every rhythm, and every stage of the path. My classes are intended to create harmony between different intensities, needs, and energies. Deeply rooted in the philosophy and wisdom of the eight limbs of yoga, I offer an experience that hopefully provides tools that will serve far beyond the asana practice.

My path is to support others in their journey  towards self-realization, balance and freedom, creating and holding a space where we can tune into that which exists beyond identity and temporary form.
