I am a Rocket Yoga instructor certified with 100 hours of training: 50 hours with David Cabezas in Madrid and an additional 50 hours with David Kyle, one of the key figures of the method. I teach from a place of authenticity, as someone who remains on her own path of practice and growth. I continue to deepen my work with inversions, balance, and body awareness-always guided by the joy and consistency that Rocket Yoga brings. My intention is to share that energy with respect, presence, and passion.
