I am a passionate mover, people-person, and self-described hyperactive soul who found balance (and breath!) through yoga. Originally a real estate expert, I turned to the mat to ease back pain, improve flexibility, and reconnect with myself — and it quickly became much more than a physical practice.

Trained with Simone Hart (Yoga Room) and certified in Rocket Yoga by David Kyle, I now share dynamic, music-driven classes that blend playful energy with strength and focus. Expect to sweat, smile, and maybe even fly !

My teaching is rooted in curiosity, freedom of movement, and the belief that yoga is for every body. With a soft spot for high energy and grounded presence, I invite students to explore their edges, quiet the mind, and feel at home in their bodies.
