Movement has always been my language.
For years, I lived it through dance, on stages around the world, with my body as an instrument and my heart on stage.
Then, slowly, that language began to change pace. It didn’t stop, it transformed.
When I encountered yoga, I didn’t find something new, but something that already belonged to me.
The mat became my listening space, my mirror, my silent stage.
And every day, bringing myself there, I began to recognize myself again. I’m no longer just a dancer, but a forever student. I’ts no longer just technique, but presence and It’s no longer just form, but substance.
Teaching yoga today is my way of continuing to love movement, with the same fire, but with a different breath.
A practice that expresses who I am, that embraces everything I feel, and that, through the body, speaks once again… of me.

In 2022 I’ve founded LevanteyogaFlow, a space where I do what I love the most and where I find a community with my students who are my everyday teachers!
