Francesco Lucherini Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Salento 2025

I started out as a Power Yoga teacher and always had a penchant for strong classes, one day by chance I ended up in a Ambra Vallo’s rocket class and that was it. I couldn’t do most of the transitions, I barely got to the end of the class alive but I knew I wanted more of that. So I started searching in my area for more classes and practising regularly Rocket. Until it became my main practice even at home. My passion grew and I wanted not only to  practice myself but share the energy and the fun in the classes that I teach.

I wanted to have a better understanding so I attended some workshop on rocket: on January in Reggio Emilia with Ambra, in March in Assisi with Christiane Terrone and in May in Florence with David Sanchez.

The more I knew about the lineage the more I wanted to know so I decide to step up and attend the Teacher Training to start the process of becoming a Rocket Teacher

I attended 50h Rocket TT with Ambra Vallo in Salento 3-9 August 2025 and it rates between the best decision I have ever took.

That week transformed me and now more than ever I want to carry the lineage forward, honouring what Larry created, brining the message of Rocket to as much yogi I can reach.
