50 hours Rocket Vinyasa Teacher Training

“Rocket® Yoga Athens and Angeliki Matopoulou invite you to a five-day intensive 50-hour teacher training on Rocket® Vinyasa Yoga! ??‍♀️
Teaching : Angeliki Matopoulou (Senior Rocket® Yoga Teacher / Rocket® Ambassador in Greece). This training can be attended by teachers and advanced students – only teachers will receive certification and a degree recognized by the Yoga Alliance / Yacep / continuing education.??‍?
In these 50 hours we will focus on the first two series of Rocket®, Series 1 & Series 2 as well as the base of Rocket® Ashtanga Vinyasa. We will get acquainted with Tristana’s practice and analyze the series by making modifications so that we can teach Rocket® at a beginner level as well.

The training will take place on 1-2-3 of October & 9-10 of October 2021 at the headquarters of Rocket® Yoga Athens, the Pratyahara Yoga Center in Agia Paraskevi, Athens, metro Doukissis Plakentias.
