Gaby Rojas Pastor – Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Manuel Oria Medellin 2025

I’m from Costa Rica and have lived in Colombia for many years. That’s why my heart is also partly Colombian.

I love sports. And my journey in yoga began as an exploration into a different discipline.

In 2021, I began training as a yoga teacher, and since then, I haven’t stopped learning, practicing, and sharing.

I started with a Hatha certification, then Therapeutic Yoga, and so I continued falling more in love with yoga, continuing with Functional Yoga, Yin Yoga and Rocket Yoga.

I like to teach based on what has worked for me, based on my experience. I believe in balance and harmony, which is why I like to teach both movement and strength practices, as well as calm and flexibility. We are changing people, and that’s why sometimes we need more calm or more energy.

Aside from teaching, I enjoy traveling, which is why I also organize workshops and retreats in Costa Rica.
