Asaada Corley

Asaada grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and she’s been living in Copenhagen, Denmark since 2024. She started practicing yoga as a university student, as a way of recovering from an injury she’d developed after years of competitive cheerleading.

Asaada began teaching Yin Yoga in 2015 and, from there she branched out to teaching a variety of yoga classes, including vinyasa, restorative, and power flow. She discovered The Rocket when she moved to Copenhagen, and her love of the practice inspired her to get certified to teach it shortly after.

As a teacher, Asaada encourages students to be curious, playful, and empowered to make choices that serve their unique purpose.
