My journey to Rocket Yoga began after years of exploring various yoga styles, searching for a practice that truly resonated with my desire for both physical challenge and mental freedom. Discovering Rocket, with its intelligent sequencing and emphasis on breath and flow, felt like coming home. I’ve since completed my Rocket Yoga certification and am passionate about sharing this unique practice with others. My classes are designed to be accessible to all levels yet challenging, encouraging students to explore their limits with a sense of adventure and a smile.
