Curiosity and a deep desire to explore have always been part of my essence. They have guided me to move in countless ways — through travel, sports, and new experiences embraced with enthusiasm. Along the way, I learned to listen to and integrate the rhythms of nature and the body — both physical and subtle.
This inner listening eventually led me to yoga, as if it had always been there, quietly waiting for me.

After years of competitive sports, health issues marked the end of my athletic career and profoundly changed my path. Yoga entered my life as a new way of moving, just when I was forced to relearn everything from the beginning — even the simplest actions.
The practice of asana and pranayama became my first step toward regaining strength, balance, and awareness, helping me reconnect with my body — no longer as a limitation, but as a new terrain to explore: a space of presence, understanding, and freedom.

What began as a single step soon became a daily practice. The enthusiasm for what I was discovering naturally evolved into a desire to share these tools with others — to create a space of balance for body, mind, and breath.
I wanted to offer the kind of guidance I didn’t have, so that everyone could cultivate their own space of freedom — a place to reconnect and begin anew.

My passion for the human body and for movement led me to integrate various disciplines that restore balance between strength, flexibility, and endurance — both physically and mentally.
I believe in allowing body and mind to follow their own inner and outer rhythms, fostering deep connections with ourselves and with others, expanding individual awareness so that it can be shared and amplified.
My approach to practice considers every aspect of the human being — physical, psychological, energetic, and spiritual — and is rooted in the principle of balance between movement and stillness.

In Rocket Yoga, I found the perfect synthesis of everything I love: energy, freedom, rhythm, strength, and lightness.
It is a practice that embraces playfulness — inviting us to fall, to laugh, and to explore new spaces within and beyond ourselves. Rocket is movement in exploration: it gently challenges limits, reminding us that we can fly a little higher each day when we learn to listen more deeply.

Today, my teaching arises from this foundation — from the desire to create a living and inclusive practice, where everyone can find their own rhythm, strength, and freedom.
A practice that does not aim to “fix” the body, but rather to recognize it as inherently wise — capable of guiding us toward a state of complete presence, where mind, body, and breath meet and remember themselves as whole.

Over time, I have enriched my path by integrating body mobility and somatic movement practices.
Through somatic movement, we learn to listen to and recognize subtle sensations, allowing the body to lead the way.
Mobility work encourages us to explore with curiosity and freedom, restoring natural fluidity and strength to what has become rigid through habit or fear.
Every tension, every limit, every pain carries a message — an invitation to return to our wholeness.

Every act of exploration and integration thus becomes a dialogue with both the physical and subtle body, transforming personal practice into a map — one that reminds us that everything we need to find balance, vitality, and presence already exists within us.
