Amie Nicole Alvarado Rocket Vinyasa Certification with Ambra in Florence 2025

Amie Alvarado is a Vinyasa and Rocket-inspired yoga teacher whose practice began in Firenze, Italy. She received her 200-hour RYT at Yoga Garage in 2023, where she immersed herself in breath-led movement, and the foundations of Vinyasa.

During her visits home to Los Angeles, Amie was introduced to Rocket Yoga through classes with Yancy Schwartz. She immediately connected with the practice, drawn to the balance of discipline and playfulness, the joy of trying new postures, and the mental focus needed to explore them safely.

Before moving back to Los Angeles from Firenze, she decided to deepen her training and completed her 50-hour Rocket teacher training with Ambra Vallo. This experience infused her teaching with the spirit of Rocket: dynamic, uplifting, and rooted in curiosity.

Amie now teaches Rocket-inspired flows that are challenging, fun, and encouraging, offering space for students to explore their edges with confidence and joy. Her mission is to support students in strengthening both mind and body while reminding them that practice can be both transformative and playful.

She teaches students of all levels who are eager to move, breathe, and grow — all while having a little fun along the way.
