Isabella Frias

I am a Mexican/Brazilian Yoga teacher living in Portugal. I grew up surrounded by meditation through my father, a meditation teacher, and began yoga searching for a more active way to access that same inner stillness. Rocket became the place where my energy, discipline, and curiosity could meet.

I believe the mat is both a mirror and a bridge, reflecting our inner landscape while transforming how we move through the world. In my classes, I guide students to explore this connection with strength, breath, and playfulness.
