Rocket Vinyasa Diploma Tijuana 2026 with Mark

Hey yogis! I’m Mario, and yoga has been my passion for the past 11 or so years. I’ve been teaching for a year now, channeling my energy into helping others tap into their flow.

I’m based in Tijuana, Mexico, where I teach at my studio, Maitri Yoga Shala. While I like to keep things grounded with Ashtanga’s discipline, I also bring a playful twist with Rocket Yoga.  Rocket has been especially transformative for me; it’s shown me just how much strength I have, both physically and mentally, and helped me connect with myself on a deeper level.

I recently completed a 50-hour training with Palo and Dan in Mexico City, and I’m continuing to grow my practice in San Diego with Misfit Yogis.
