Marcia is passionate about dynamic, breath-led Rocket classes that build strength, mobility, and confidence. She has trained with students of Larry Schultz, including David Kyle. Completing Rocket trainings throughout the years has deepened her own practice and teaching. Forever a student, she brings this experience and presence into her classes, creating a supportive, playful space for students to stay fully in the moment. Grounded even when upside down 🙃
